Hit For A Cure Slo-Pitch Tournament

On a hot July weekend last year in Brampton, dozens of teams gathered to play in and support the first annual Hit For A Cure Slo-Pitch Tournament. Organized by Jim Bowering, Mario Pittiglio, and Josh Weir, the participants and supporters raised a whopping $8,700.00.

Many thanks to the many sponsors that helped with the event including UFCW Canada Local 12R24, the Beer Store, Canada Bread, Fresco Produce, Horse and Buggy, Kaltire, Trailcon Leasing Inc. and Primetime Custom.
