Donate Your Empties

On the weekend of May 26/27, customers are invited to donate all or a portion of their empty bottles (or cash), with 100% of the proceeds going directly to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.

Volunteer

We need volunteers at our retail locations across Ontario to assist in greeting customers and collecting their empties. The event is held in May after the first long weekend.

Volunteers are needed on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Sunday between noon and 5 p.m.

Save a Life, Become a Donor

The donor test involves a simple cheek swab and if a match is found, the marrow ‘transplant’ typically involves a simple transfusion similar to donating blood. You can register through online registration at onematch.ca, it ensures a steady stream of new potential donors.

You can do it from home

The swab package is mailed within the next day. You can swab in the comfort of your home and then mail the package back in the return envelope to the lab for processing. The process is covered by OHIP and hence free of charge.
